Kelowna Tech adquire a empresa brasileira Semlag

A empresa de tecnologia Kelowna anunciou a aquisição  da Semlag. A Semlag, fundada em 2010, é reconhecida pela qualidade do serviço de aceleração de jogos no Brasil.

WTFast adquiriu Semlag e fundirá os ativos da companhia com a empresa Kelowna. O mercado brasileiro é grande e rápido crescimento, com uma estimativa de 17 milhões de jogadores no país. Jogos baseados em PC é a principal forma utilizada com mais de 96 por cento usando esse formato.

Kelowna Tech Company Acquires Brazilian Company

A Kelowna based tech company has announced a major acquisition of a game accelerator which will launch them into the Brazilian market.

WTFast has acquired Semlag and will merge all of the company’s customers, IP, manpower and assets with the Kelowna company. The Brazilian market is large and rapidly growing with an estimated 17 million gamers in the country. PC based games is the leading form used with over 96 per cent using that format.
